In fact, my fiancé's granny said so. Well, she didn't actually say "awesome" but her face beamed with approval and she had second helpings as well. Now that old lady doesn't speak much, but her expression did indicate that my cooking was awesome (I can tell!).

Right now, I want you to jot down this awesome tasting recipe or print it out and start hitting the kitchen. Alright, let's go!

You'll need the following Ingredients:

'    1 lbs of ground beef
'    5 cloves of minced garlic
'    1 tsp finely chopped basil
'    1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
'     1 tsp finely chopped thyme
'    ½ cup of ground almonds and walnuts (mixed together)
'    A dash of ground black pepper
'    1 large egg

How to cook it? Very simple!

All you have to do is put everything in a large bowl and combine really well. Make sure you rub the ground beef with the ingredients very thoroughly.

Marinate for 30 minutes to an hour. I usually marinate the mix for just 15 minutes because I want to eat quickly ;)

Next, grease a loaf pan with some olive oil and plop the marinated beef in it.  Lastly, bake it for about 75 minutes or so.

Serve and enjoy one of the best paleo beef recipes around!
